Develop QR code function and mobile friendly site

Build a QR code function into the app. This can be sent out with publicty material or put up at key sites to prompt people to particpate.
Rather than relying on people going home and logging in - they can particpate right away.
Why the contribution is important
Because getting people to use the dialogue app is quite tricky!
