Facebook + Twitter integration

It would be great to add Twitter and Facebook shares to the ideas. It would additionally be good to add a Facebook Connect functionality too.

So that the Dialogue App can be fully integrated into the wider social media ecosystem, and so that ideas can be shared more easily.
