Feedback when submitting comments

There should be immediate (client side) feedback when submitting a comment.

Why the contribution is important

The response from the server is too slow, and browsers add additional delay for the page load. The lack of response makes it look like the submission failed, or the click didn't quite hit the button, so people click the button multiple times. This results in multiple identical comments.

By now this suggestion may have been partly implemented, in that there is a 'Submitting' greyed-out button on slow servers, and an italicised <i>There was a problem adding your comment.</i> with a new 'Add Comment' button (on yourfreedom, that is)
It should be possible to identify and auto-remove the duplications caused by previous failures.

Agreed, the slowness of the app has been a big problem and resulted in both duplicates and frustrated users.
