Improve the reports

The csv output file was difficult to work with. It contained lots of HTML which made it difficult to read and it would have been useful if there was a field with the idea's url, so you could also view it online.
Why the contribution is important
An excel output is useful as you can manipulate the data and easily spilt it by time and date and also ensure every idea is read. These are things you cant do online (especially in the first 2 weeks when the site was slow and frequently crashed).

It was good that the reports were provided in CSV, so that we could minuplate the data, however when dealing with a lot of ideas, comments etc it would be good to have some form of online system to make it easier to minuplate the data and then pull off the reports we need. across the gsi we have a lot of restrictions when sending large file size so having an online reporting system would potentially eliminate this. It would also need to be secure.

We also had to set up seperate tagging for google analytics and then combine the data extracts and google extracts into one report so it would be good to have something similar to google.

It would be great if we could download the ideas and comments together. Having the text in one place that can be sorted would be very helpful.
