Multiple submission alerts

It would be great to add a function that stopped people clicking on "submit" buttons more than once, so that their ideas didn't get posted on multiple occasions when server response is slow.
Why the contribution is important
Because otherwise you have a tendency to have multiple ideas submitted at the same time.
