Notify users of responses

Our ideal participant is one who comes to the dialogue site multiple times.  This behavior would be encouraged if users could get an email notification that someone had rsponded to an idea thread in which they had made a comment.

Why the contribution is important

This is a common functionality on discussion boards that encourages repeated participation.
