Find a way to decrease the time issues with getting lots of people together

One of the biggest consumers of time is meetings of lots of people who have to travel long distances to get to the meeting. How can we deal with this issue?

A good idea is to set up a wiki so everyone can collaborate on an agenda before the meeting
