Provide a simple, searchable database of all consultation/involvement exercises

There are all kinds of consultation/participation/discussion exercises going on every day - from planning applications to town hall meetings. Providing a simple website with details of all of these activities will make it much easier for more people to find out about them and to get involved.
Why the contribution is important
It's a really simple way to increase citizen engagement and to up participation rates in existing activity.
