I think it's a really good idea to get Government to think of itself as a "Platform".  By government opening itself up + providing a series of "enabling app", will unlock a huge amount of value - in the same way that the iPhone unleashes huge amounts of value through its series of apps . . .

As apps could unlock huge amounts of value from government . . .
