Extras (Gov-grade only)

The Gov-grade plan opens up the choice of a wide range of extras and customisations (not available for Free and Basic plans).

Need help designing or running your dialogue process? We can provide advice, support and consultancy tailored to you.

Optional extras include:

• Custom theming - modify the appearance of Dialogue App. This can range from changing the colours through to an extensive custom design for the app.
• Encryption using SSL certificate. Some clients may choose the enhanced level of security provided by SSL encryption.
• Private dialogue - run an invitation-only Dialogue App with a password.
• Want to publicise your dialogue before it launches? We can provide a holding page showing whatever text you choose. The holding page also provides an email signup form so people can register for updates about the dialogue.
• Need to keep an archive of your completed dialogue online? We can provide a reduced-cost hosting option for 'archived' (read-only) Dialogue Apps.

Premium hosting

The hosting included with the gov-grade plan is sufficient for most dialogues. However some dialogues attract a level of public participation that requires a premium hosting arrangement.

As a rule of thumb, if you expect to have thousands of participants per month, you may need premium hosting, but the exact figure depends on the expected pattern of use (e.g. will there be big spikes of traffic? Is this a contentious issue?). We can advise on this, and we'll work with you to find the best hosting plan for your needs. Proven options include cloud hosting or multiple dedicated servers from vendors such as Rackspace.

Advanced customisation

Have special requirements? Dialogue App can be customised to meet your needs. Typical customisations include adding/removing functionality, adapting Dialogue App to fit a particular process, and integrating Dialogue App with other websites / tools.

Free plan

Sign up online now - easy form, we don't ask for billing details.

Basic plan

Simply signup for the free version (this lets you get started straight away) then get in touch to upgrade. Once your payment has cleared by Paypal or credit card, we'll upgrade your plan seamlessly (no data will be lost during the upgrade).

Gov-grade plan

Get in touch and we'll help get you setup, including answering any questions you have.

• For gov-grade plans, we aim to have you up and running within two weeks of completing paperwork (if it's possible to do it faster we will).
• Where enhancements are required (such as customisation or custom hosting) a little longer may be needed - we'll agree and commit to a clear timetable with you as part of the initial agreement process.
• If you need to launch your Dialogue App urgently, we'll always work with you to try and accommodate that where possible.
• For gov-grade, we accept payments by bank transfer (BACS), international bank transfer (IBAN), or by UK cheque.
• All fees payable within 30 days of invoice date.
• Other ways to pay may be agreed by special arrangement.
