• Close and reopen Dialogue topics: existing ideas are still visible in closed topics but no new ideas, comments or ratings can be added.

We'll help you get set up

Consultancy and account management are available to help you setup your app and advise you on how to run your Dialogue for the best results. (Up to a maximum of 16 hours support included; phone / email support in UK office hours; additional advice & support options available).

Optional extras include:

• Custom theming - modify the appearance of Dialogue App. This can range from changing the colours through to an extensive custom design for the app.
• Encryption using SSL certificate. Some clients may choose the enhanced level of security provided by SSL encryption.
• Private Dialogue - run an invitation-only Dialogue with a password.
• Want to publicise your dialogue before it launches? We can provide a holding page showing whatever text you choose. The holding page also provides an email signup form so people can register for updates about the Dialogue.
• Need to keep an archive of your completed Dialogue online? Take advantage of the low-cost read-only package.

Premium hosting

All pricing plans include standard hosting. This will meet most needs; some dialogues attract a level of public participation that requires a premium hosting arrangement. If you're planning a high-profile dialogue, we'll work with you to find the best hosting plan for your needs.

Advanced customisation

Have special requirements? Dialogue App can be customised to meet your needs. Typical customisations include adding/removing functionality, adapting Dialogue App to fit a particular process, and integrating Dialogue App with other websites / tools.

What happens when I reserve a Dialogue?

• We'll get in touch within two working days to discuss your requirements.
• Once we have agreed on the best solution to meet your needs, we will send you a job agreement that sets out our fees and deliverables.
  
• On receipt of a signed copy of the job agreement, we'll raise an invoice for the fees.
  
• We'll also commence work to get you setup with your Dialogue App.
• For a standard Dialogue App, we aim to have you up and running within two working days of receiving a signed job agreement.
• Where enhancements are required (such as customisation or custom hosting) a little longer may be needed - we'll agree and commit to a clear timetable with you as part of the initial job agreement process.
• If you need to launch your Dialogue urgently, we'll always work with you to try and accommodate that where possible.

How do I pay?

• We accept payments by UK bank transfer (BACS), international bank transfer (IBAN), or by UK cheque.
• All fees payable within 30 days of invoice date.
• Other ways to pay may be agreed by special arrangement.

At what point am I committed?

When we receive your signed job agreement. Reserving a Dialogue or requesting a demonstration does not commit you to buy.
